We have approximately 30 acres of wide open space that has plenty of room to roam and have fun. This space includes a baseball field, a volleyball court, and a playscape. The beach is 200’ long x 15’ wide stretch, boasting (2) swiming and (2) boating docks with a private natural boat launch off the gravel parking lot.

 

Our pond has an average depth of 10’ with a maximum depth of 19’ and offers excellent fishing for an assortment of warm water fish (Largemouth Bass, Chain Pickerel, Yellow Perch, White Perch, Bluegill, Pumpkinseed, Brown Bullhead, White Sucker, and Golden Shiner).
